Camper Details

Camp Moshiach Rules, Policies, and Liability Waiver

Please read all policies carefully. You must agree before proceeding to the registration form.

Head Lice Policy

Parents must thoroughly check their daughters for lice and ensure they are 100% clear before the start of camp.

Financial Agreement

Tuition balance must be paid in full prior to the first day of camp.

Medical Disclosure

Any and all medical details regarding the camper must be fully stated in this registration form.

Behavior & Health Transparency

The camper and their parents commit to sharing all relevant information regarding personal issues, health, behavior, or other details that could influence the camper's behavior during camp.

Campus Access

Parents and families are permitted on camp grounds only under special circumstances with prior authorization from camp management.

Emergency Medical Treatment

Parents agree that campers will be provided with professional medical treatment outside of camp grounds if management deems it necessary for the camper's wellbeing.

Mental Health & Medication Disclosure

Parents must inform management prior to registration if the camper has received psychological/psychiatric treatment or medication for behavioral changes within the past 12 months, or if such treatment begins before camp starts. Failure to disclose this information may result in removal from camp without a refund.

Schedule Flexibility

The camp schedule, activities, and itineraries may be modified due to operational considerations, weather, or management decisions.

Attendance & Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for late starts, early departures, or absences for any reason (including health reasons).

Personal Property

Camp management is not responsible for the loss, damage, or harm to campers' personal property. Do not bring valuables to camp.

Cellular Devices Policy

Campers may bring cell phones, but they will be collected upon arrival and returned if needed to call home. A camp phone pre-loaded with parents' contacts will be available for campers who do not bring their own device.

It is hereby clarified that registration procedures may be updated from time to time on the Camp Moshiach website. Beyond policies applicable at the time of registration, Camp Moshiach and participants additionally commit to following all policies which will be in effect as of June 1st of every year.

I am signing up my child for camp. I give my child permission to participate in all activities, attend all trips on camp-provided transportation and receive medical care in the case of emergency, G-d forbid. I release Camp Moshiach and individuals from liability in case of accident during activities related to Camp Moshiach, as long as normal safety procedures have been taken. I give Camp Moshiach permission to photograph and videotape my children during camp and use the photos and videos (without their names) for whatever the camp sees fit. The parent/guardian who signs the registration form represents that he/she has full authority to do so and will be responsible for payment of the camp tuition. Likewise, any damage or loss to personal property caused by or related to the use of the Swimming Pool, its facilities, and its use. Further, I hereby indemnify, release, and hold harmless any of the staff at Camp Moshiach from any claims, demands, damages, and costs arising out of negligence resulting to loss, injuries, illnesses, or death. Finally, I recognize and fully understand and acknowledge the information above. By checking this box and clicking 'Next', I expressly declare that I am of legal age, I am aware of the full contents of this waiver, I agree to the terms and conditions, and I am legally accountable to any effects of this Release.
